Support

Every question, bug report and feature request goes to one place: the HeadsUp support portal. It is a service desk, so a request gets a number, a status and an answer that does not disappear in someone’s inbox.

Prefer a walkthrough over reading? Book a short session with the team. We show the three trigger types on your own use cases and answer questions about AI Credits, editions and data handling.

The following information speeds up every support case:

  • The Jira site URL (for example example.atlassian.net)
  • What was expected, what happened instead
  • The affected reminder or filter alert (name or trigger type)
  • Approximate time of the event

HeadsUp stores an audit log per reminder, so questions like “why did this trigger” can usually be answered precisely. It sits right below the reminder, behind Show log, in the panel on the ticket as well as on the overview page. A look in there settles many cases before a request is needed, and the last entries help us along when they come with the request. What an entry contains is explained in Notifications and inbox.

Suspected vulnerabilities go through the same support portal, marked as a security report. Please describe what you observed and how to reproduce it, and give us time to respond before making anything public.
