Changelog

HeadsUp is a cloud app: all sites always run the current version. This page summarizes notable changes.

  • Expiry dates: repeating reminders and filter alerts can expire after a chosen period or on a specific date. No expiry is preselected. A notice arrives seven days before, and an expired rule is paused rather than deleted.
  • Automatic pause for deactivated accounts: when a Jira account is deactivated, its reminders are paused so they stop consuming the site’s shared AI quota. Nothing is deleted.
  • Editions: Standard and Advanced, coupled to the Marketplace license. SLA early warning and the large AI quota are part of Advanced.
  • Overview page redesign: tabs for notifications, filter alerts and ticket reminders, AI quota card with progress bar, built-in help tooltips on every section.
  • AI detection: plain-language conditions on tickets and filters, audit log with reasoning per decision, shared monthly AI quota per site.
  • Built-in inbox: every notification also appears in the app, independent of email.
  • SLA early warning: hourly check of open JSM requests, one warning per request and alert (Advanced).
  • Filter alerts: JQL or saved filter as scope, trigger for new tickets in the filter, snapshot semantics for adopted filters.
  • Ticket reminders: event triggers (status, comment with keyword, assignee, priority) and time-based reminders, optional ticket comment, repeatable reminders.
  • Languages: English, German, Spanish, French.
