Why did no email arrive?
Section titled “Why did no email arrive?”- Was the reminder already triggered (✅)? One-time reminders trigger exactly once.
- Does the condition match exactly, for example the correct target status?
- Jira emails sometimes take a minute or two. The spam folder is worth a look, and the notification also appears in the built-in inbox.
- For AI reminders: was the statement too vague, or is the site’s AI quota used up? The quota is visible at the top of the HeadsUp overview page.
Why did an AI reminder trigger (or stay quiet)?
Section titled “Why did an AI reminder trigger (or stay quiet)?”Every AI decision is logged with a short reasoning in the reminder’s audit log. Conditions work best when they describe the meaning of a situation instead of exact words; details in AI detection.
Can reminders be created for colleagues?
Section titled “Can reminders be created for colleagues?”Not yet. Team reminders are on the roadmap. Every user currently sees and manages only their own reminders.
What happens when a watched ticket is deleted?
Section titled “What happens when a watched ticket is deleted?”The reminder no longer triggers and can be removed from the overview page.
Does a filter alert follow changes to the saved Jira filter?
Section titled “Does a filter alert follow changes to the saved Jira filter?”No. The JQL is stored as a snapshot at creation time. To adopt filter changes, create the alert again.
Why is the SLA trigger not visible?
Section titled “Why is the SLA trigger not visible?”The SLA early warning is part of the Advanced edition. In the Standard edition the trigger does not appear; the overview page shows a corresponding hint.
In which languages does HeadsUp work?
Section titled “In which languages does HeadsUp work?”English, German, Spanish and French. Interface and notifications follow each user’s Atlassian profile language, with English as fallback.
